O-feel are small silicone rings that fit around your Silverettes®, leaving the soft silicone resting against your skin, not the metal. They are designed to help to prevent the "digging in" or "pinching" feeling that can occur when wearing silver cups with engorged breasts and/or sensitive areolas. Mamas with larger breasts/areolas find them particularly useful.
