All orders over $80 and all Silverette cup purchases qualify for FREE delivery (*applies to New Zealand urban/PO Box addresses only - rural and Saturday deliveries are extra).
Orders received Monday – Thursday will be processed the day after they're received and dispatched the next day. Orders received Fri, Sat & Sun will be processed Monday and dispatched Tuesday, unless you opt for Saturday delivery. Cut off for Sat delivery is 5 pm Thursday, however, we may be able to process Saturday orders after this time. Please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Once dispatched, Courier Post will work hard to meet their TARGETED next-working-day delivery time. “Targeted” means that you will likely receive your order the next day, but it is not guaranteed. Courier Post are usually very good at meeting this target.
We offer 4 shipping options:
SIGNATURE REQUIRED courier
If you are not home when the courier comes, they will leave a card with instructions on how to collect your parcel OR arrange redelivery. Not all parcels are able to be redelivered, as it depends on where you live.
NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED courier
If you choose this option, please specify where you would like your parcel left in the notes at checkout. Your designated area must be weatherproof, out of street view and safe/easy for the courier driver to access. If you do not specify an area, it will be left either in your mailbox (if it fits) or at the front door. Please note, Mother Nurture takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items.
RURAL courier with SIG/NO SIG option
Rural delivery is $3. Please select this shipping option if you are rural. Orders will be held if rural delivery is not paid for. We subsidise a good portion of the costs but we cannot cover the full amount. Please allow 2 - 3 working days for delivery. Courier Post are also usually pretty quick with rural deliveries however, so you may receive your parcel within 1 – 2 working days.
SATURDAY courier with SIG/NO SIG option - URBAN ADDRESSES ONLY
CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE IN AUCKLAND DUE TO COVID-RELATED DELAYS.
Saturday delivery is $6 and is only for URBAN addresses, please do not choose this option if you are rural. If you place an order on Thursday before 3pm and you need your order urgently, you can opt for a Saturday courier. Sometimes we are able to process Saturday orders after 3pm on Thursday - please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note: This service is not guaranteed. I usually follow up with Courier Post on Saturday morning to ensure the parcel is going to be delivered, however, I don't always get the chance to do this. You will be refunded the $6 delivery fee if your parcel is not delivered on Saturday.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
IMPORTANT: When purchasing products online from Mother Nurture, the buyer understands that damaged, lost, stolen or delayed parcels are not the responsibility of Mother Nurture and we cannot be held accountable. If you want to guarantee the safe delivery of your parcel, you are best to opt for the SIGNATURE REQUIRED OPTION.

In a bid to minimise plastic waste, we package all orders with cardboard wrap and if needed, repurposed cardboard. We only use plastic bubblewrap (and this is repurposed also) if absolutely necessary. Silverette boxes may still get slightly squashed during transit, however, this will NOT affect the integrity or quality of the cups in any way. If you would like extra protection for your Silverette cups, please leave a note at checkout advising us of this.
The only plastics used are the Courier Post bags. We get these at a very competitive price which means we are able to offer free shipping. All soft plastics can be RECYCLED at selected retail stores across the country. Please remove any labels/stickers (you will most probably need to cut them out) from the courier bag and ensure the bag is clean and dry.
Silverette cups: If, at the time you receive your order, you have decided you do not need the cups anymore, we will accept a return only if the courier bag has not been opened. Once opened, there is no way for us to know if the cups have been used or not, so for hygienic reasons, we are not able to offer refunds on any opened Silverette parcels. If you qualify for a refund, you can either arrange your own postage back to us or we can send you a return courier label for $6. The total refund amount will be what you paid, minus any shipping and/or PayPal costs.
Silverette cups - size exchange: If you have ordered the original size and would like to swap for the XL size, we may consider an exchange, granted the cups are in good condition (no dents/scratches/tarnishing etc). If an exchange is agreed to, there will be a $12 charge. $6 of this covers the price difference between the original and XL size and the remaining $6 covers shipping (this includes a return courier label for you to send the original pair back to us).
Mother Nurture cord ties: For hygienic reasons, we do not accept refunds on these products.
