      We will accept a return only if you do not need the cups anymore and the courier bag is unopened. Read more here
       

    • DELIVERY SCHEDULE

      Orders are processed and dispatched Monday - Friday. Orders received Sat & Sun will be processed Monday. Cut off for Sat delivery is 11 am Friday and is for URBAN addresses in the NORTH IS only. Read more here

    • PACKAGING (PLEASE READ)

      In a bid to reduce plastic waste, we use cardboard bubble wrap, which means there is potential for the Silverette boxes to get slightly squashed during transit. This will not affect the Silverette nursing cups in any way. If the cups are a gift for someone and you would like extra packaging for your order, please add a note at checkout

    • RURAL DELIVERY

      Please select this shipping option if you are rural. Orders will be held if rural delivery is not paid for. We subsiside a good portion of the costs but are unable to cover the full amount. Rural surcharge is $3.
