    Re: cord ties: These are suitable for families who plan on dealing the first bath until the cord stump falls off as cord ties are difficult to dry once wet. Comes with instructions for use. Use-by-date: 15th September 2022 (quality of the sterilisation cannot be guaranteed after this time).

    • DELIVERY SCHEDULE

      Orders received Monday – Thursday will be processed the day after they're recieved and dispatched the next day. Orders received Fri, Sat & Sun will be processed Monday and dispatched Tuesday, unless you opt for Sat delivery. Cut off for Sat delivery is 3 pm Thursday and is for URBAN addresses only.     • PACKAGING (PLEASE READ)

      In a bid to reduce plastic waste, we use cardboard bubble wrap, which means there is potential for the Silverette boxes to get slightly squashed during transit. This will not affect the cups in any way. If the cups are a gift for someone and you would like extra packaging for your order, please add a note at checkout

    • RURAL DELIVERY - $3

      Please select this shipping option if you are rural. Orders will be held if rural delivery is not paid for. We subsiside a good portion of the costs but are unable to cover the full amount.
